Terms
What you may use the service for, what we commit to, and how billing and cancellation work.
The agreement
These terms govern your use of the service. By creating an account you accept them on behalf of yourself and, where you are registering for an organisation, on behalf of that organisation.
Your account
You are responsible for the accounts you create and for the activity that takes place under them. Keep credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
Accounts may not be shared. Each person using the service needs their own account, so that the activity record identifies the person who actually acted.
Acceptable use
Use the service for legitimate business purposes only. Do not attempt to access another customer's workspace, probe or interfere with the service's security controls, or use the service to store unlawful material.
Do not use the service to send unsolicited communications or in any way that breaches the terms of a third party you interact with through your own processes.
Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout. Amounts are charged in the currency displayed and are exclusive of any taxes that apply to you.
Payment is taken by a regulated payment processor. We do not receive or store your card details.
Accounts granted complimentary access by an administrator are not charged for as long as that access is in place.
Cancellation
You may stop using the service at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; we do not pro-rate a partial period unless required to.
We may suspend an account that is being used in breach of these terms, and we will tell you why.
Your data
The records you put into your workspace remain yours. We use them to operate the service for you and for nothing else.
You can export your records at any time while your account is active. Retention and deletion after that follow the privacy statement and any terms agreed with you.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and secure, but no service is available without interruption. Where a specific availability commitment applies to your organisation, it is set out in your agreement with us rather than here.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes are announced before they take effect, and continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.
