What we collect, who can see it, and how long we keep it — in plain language rather than in a defensive crouch.

What we collect

Account information you provide when you register: your name, email address, and the company details you choose to record.

The records you create in your workspace — opportunities, people, applications and agreements — together with the changes made to them.

Operational logs needed to run and secure the service, including the fact that a privileged change was made, by which account, and when.

What we do not collect

We do not collect or store card numbers. Payments are handled by a regulated payment processor; card details are entered directly with them and never pass through this application.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share your workspace records with other customers.

Who can see your records

Only accounts you authorise. Every request re-checks the caller's rights against the current state of their account, so removing someone's access takes effect on their next action rather than whenever a session happens to expire.

A small number of our staff can access production systems when required to operate or support the service. That access is limited, deliberate, and recorded.

How long we keep it

Workspace records are retained for as long as your account is active, and thereafter according to the terms agreed with you.

Activity records are retained for the period needed to support audit and dispute resolution.

You can request export or deletion of your workspace data at any time by contacting us.

Your choices

You can review and correct your account details from the settings area of your workspace at any time.

You can ask us for a copy of the information held about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Where a legal obligation requires us to keep something, we will say so and explain why.

Contacting us

Questions about this statement, or about how your information is handled, should go through the contact page. We answer privacy requests from the same address we answer everything else.
